What a treat it was to work with Rachel & Alex, as well as their event planner (Aisle & Co) leading up to this perfect day. The couple lives on the west coast, so planning a wedding back home in Columbus, Ohio could of course be daunting. This is an area where having a full service wedding planner really helps tremendously. Natasha at Aisle & Co handled things on the ground in Ohio – and ultimately connected me with this sweet couple. I love working with wedding planners who understand their clients well, and also understand their creative partners well. It often leads to a match made in heaven like this one!

Rachel was simply STUNNING in her Berta Bride gown. She reminded me of the Barbie in the peach colored dress I had as a child. Covered head to toe in sparkle, she was absolutely a vision. Alex, the smitten groom, was as kind as a soul could be. Their love was evident all through the day and I’m so grateful that they really let me lead the way through a documentary style approach to wedding photography.
