Tucked away in the hills of Tuscany, lies Villa Catignano. This beautiful quintessential Italian villa served as home for their 50 wedding guests, and the backdrop to their perfect wedding day. Despite the heat of this summer in the Siena region, the breeze blew at just the right times, and the clouds rolled over to provide some shade just before their ceremony in the lemon grove. The day was filled with laughter & fun from sunrise to sunset, especially with their brilliant band providing the entertainment.

katie and logan
Katie & Logan met while attending graduate school at Georgetown. Eventually, med school sent the two in different directions, but their love continued to grow, despite the miles between them. The couple’s parents hit it off when they met, and planned a dual family trip to the beach in Florida, where Logan proposed with both sets of parents undoubtedly watching with tears. Katie & Logan are the perfect match. Kind spirits, intent on spending their lives serving others & bringing healing as doctors. Their wedding day was one for the books – filled with timeless beauty, overflowing with love, and one amazing party.

annie & Corey
While most couples who were affected by Covid pushed their Cincinnati weddings back, Annie & Corey opted for a different plan. Knowing they still wanted to get married this year, they bumped their would-be New Years Eve event up to October, switched to an outside location, and had a small number of guests. This intimate affair at Hyde Park Country Club might not have been what they originally had in mind, but they did a beautiful job of flowing with the changes 2020 has brought – all the while staying focused on what matters most: Each other.

jessica and michael
This Cincinnati Art Museum wedding was perfection. Jessica & Michael are such gems. They’re such kind people, as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. Additionally, they have style for dayyyyyys. Their black and white wedding with bold pops of color was seamlessly put together & executed (…and HELLO, white bridesmaids dresses! So stunning!) Jessica was an absolute vision in her Monique Lhuillier bridal gown, and Michael was as dapper a groom as they come. The day was packed full of emotion, and I was so honored to document it for them!

Greenacres Foundation in Cincinnati made the perfect backdrop for this incredible wedding day. Perfect weather, a wonderful team of Cincinnati wedding vendors, a ton of loving friends and family…. and one beautiful couple. Jenny & Danny are such a wonderful match. I laughed (so much) during the toasts their family gave during the wedding reception at Greenacres, and it gave me so much perspective on what makes this duo so unique. Their zest for life, each other, laugher – and serving.

Inspired by Palm Springs, Mojave East is one of Cincinnati's newest event venues. This editorial shoot pulled together all of the colors of the desert. A little mid-century, a little boho, but a whole lot of style, Ashton & Alexis looked incredible as they danced their way through the day. Their laughter and love for one another made photographing them a dream. Planned by Samantha Joy Events, no detail was left untouched & Marti Heard absolutely nailed the dried flowers which felt straight from the desert.

A few years ago I photographed Rachel’s sister’s wedding here in Cincinnati, so walking into this wedding day felt like reuniting with old friends. The excitement & anticipation for Rachel & Jake’s wedding day, while taking lots of twists and turns through this strange year, couldn’t be shaken. They celebrated with their closest friends & family at the always beautiful Monastery Event Center for both their ceremony & reception. The gorgeous florals by The Budding Florist perfectly complimented the sleek, black bridesmaid gowns. At the end of the night, after the guests exited the building – the shared a final dance of the evening focused back on what matters most: The two of them.
